The easiest FJ of the week had to be on Thursday, but it still didn’t turn out to be a triple solve. Everyone thought Monday’s game was the lowest-scoring they had seen in quite some time, but the scores going into FJ on Thursday were even worse than Monday! On the bright side, none of this week’s FJs stumped all the players.

We had 3 champs this week. Monday’s returning champ Rob Russell didn’t make it to 3 wins when he was defeated by Joyce Hshieh. She won 2 more games and was defeated on Thursday by Kelly Wright. Kelly lost to Jon Rossiter on Friday.

What happened to the usual recap image? Well, on Monday I downloaded Windows 10, only to find out my TV Tuner wouldn’t work with that. Then I had to roll it back and set up the tuner again but I forgot one step so it didn’t work on Tues either. It was all set on Wed. Then that game was preempted! ~ VJ
