FJ stumped me. I figured it was Rupert so I said “The Newsroom” (which I’ve never seen). Of the listed stumpers, I knew the Russian chemist and guessed the foreign film winner’s country from the name given.

After a frustrating MasterMinds, this was a little refreshing. I did not get FJ – I said “Murdoch Mysteries”, which is on CBC, and I knew was too on the nose to be correct. (We get one Canadian channel here in WNY). Still, Ed is a good champ.

Notable was the variable strategies employed by the 3 competitors. Nick was trying the “Forrest Bounce”, while Sandy was going lowest to highest, and Ed was in between.

Ed might win it. (That’s about as substantive that I can be.)

  3. Rick says:

Yes, a tough FJ to be sure, but perhaps we’ll have better luck tomorrow.

  4. Ismael Gomez says:

Tough final as we got our first triple stumper this week.
