It was another tough Final Jeopardy! week and I can’t even judge the easiest clue. For me, it was Tuesday’s because I was already acquainted with that fellow’s life story. For the players, however, that was the hardest one but the results might have been easier if the clue said “poet” instead of writer.

Jeopardy! champs for the week of May 21, 2018

Josh Hill returned as a 3x champ on Monday and by Thursday, he was a 7x champ. He met his Waterloo on Friday when Virginia Cummings chalked up the week’s biggest payday. Virginia’s winnings put her on the Top 10 payouts of Season 34 list.
