WHAT IS EUROSTAR?
Eurostar was in the news last year as a result of its merger with the former Thalys service to Belgium and the Netherlands. According to Eurostar’s website, Eurostar trains began in connecting London to continental Europe in 1994 and has always been innovative in making train travel an experience, rather than just a mode of transportation. Eurostar was inspired by the now defunct Étoile du Nord (or “North Star”) train, launched in 1924. Its current logo hearkens back to the past with a 6-point star called The Spark.

I first said Eurail, but, one second later, said Eurostar. Now, this is interesting: Juveria is from Toronto. Everyone in Canada takes French, whether they want to or not. She should have known what “étoile” meant, and extrapolated from there. She’s a smart cookie. Bummer.
This group was more fun, like the first day players. If Juveria isn’t moving on, I gotta give credence to Luigi going all the way.
Oh, and, Luigi mage me literally LOL with “Sci Abbr”!
Heck of a comeback by Luigi. I thought Juveria might coast tonight. But he over-wagered FJ by a lot. Should have wagered $1401 to lock out Kevin, and would have won easily even if he’d missed Final. That last DD was a gimme, the others not so much. I was clueless on FJ.
A good Jeopardy game, but I unfortunately went for the Chunnel in FJ.
