Supporting Cast of Volcheck: Ray Donovan

Here are some of the actors who appeared in Volchek, the tenth episode of Season 2 of Ray Donovan.

Rome Kanda played the gambler who took all Ronald Keith’s (Wendell Pierce) money, plus that watch Keith got off Ray Donovan (Liev Schreiber) in Uber Ray. While Keith finds out that he has overdrawn his bank account at the ATM, the winner gloats over the watch and gives him the finger!

Kip Pardue made his last appearance as Tom Volcheck, who wanted to kill Ed Cochran (Hank Azaria) but didn’t have the guts so he turned the gun on himself and blew his own brains out. We’ll never know what made Volcheck snap — the information that his wife was screwing Cochran when she claimed to be at Pilates, or the transfer to North Dakota. But it’s a pretty safe bet that Ed Cochran is planning on grooming his dinner guests, Agent Travis (Scott Bailey) and his lovely wife (Brooke Newton), for future Scrabble Nights.

Cassidy Ann Shaffer played the student who suddenly wanted to be Bridget’s (Kerris Dorsey) new bestie and lend her support at Marvin Gaye Washington’s (Octavius J. Johnson) funeral. Bridget basically told her to get lost. Jay Thomas made a return appearance as Marty Grossman, who runs celebrity scandal site Stalkerazzi. Ray made a deal to pay him a million dollars in case a video showing who killed Marvin and Re-Kon should come into Marty’s hands, plus a year’s exclusives on Tommy Wheeler. Can there really be a video? If there is, Ray surely won’t show it to Cookie Brown (Omar J. Dorsey).
