Stephen Curry Scores 62 in Warriors Win Over Trailblazers

The Golden State Warriors are in Year 2 of rebuilding, but one constant transcending the Championship Years and now is the play of Stephen Curry. The Warriors picked up their third win of the young 2020-21 season with a 137-122 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers, and Curry led the way with a career high 62 points.

This also proved, if any doubt remained, that last season’s broken hand has completely healed. That injury and the Covid shutdown held Curry to just five games last season. He scored 36 at Chicago on December 27th at Chicago and 31 at Detroit two days later, so he’s back to being a reliable scoring machine each night.

Golden State improved to 3-3 this season.
