Monday’s clue and Wednesday’s clues were deemed the hardest. Monday’s was a big problem if you don’t even think of the answer as European, and knowing zip about the Maltese Falcon was the impediment on Wednesday. The easiest was Thursday’s clue.
Just like last week, Jason Zuffranieri won every game this week despite a really close call on Tuesday. He managed to add $104,853 to his winnings and finish as a 16x champ with a $$437,096 total, earning him the No. 3 spot in the Jeopardy! Hall of Fame for regular season winnings. Only Ken Jennings and James Holzhauer have made more.
Here is the Brand Name category that we liked from Wednesday’s game (9/18/19). Lemme tell ya, it was also quite unusual to see an entire category be completed in the first couple of minutes of the game!
I thought for sure that we would have our first triple solves of the season on Tuesday & Friday. Someone put a curse on the triple solve!
