The FJ! results started out promisingly enough with a triple solve on Monday and two correct responses on Tuesday. Things went downhill from there. If we go strictly by results, the week’s hardest clue would be Wednesday’s stumper. The easiest would be Monday’s. I thought Friday’s clue was right up there in the easy department even if the results don’t reflect it.

The quarterfinals in the third Champions Wildcard (Clubs) continued this week. The winners were: Fred Nelson, Nick Cascone, Kit Selesky, Amy Bekkerman and Danielle Maurer. Jen Jazwinski and Dennis Chase were last week’s semi-finalists so we’re up to 7 now. There will be two more quarterfinals next week, then the playing field will be narrowed down to 3 in the semis.
