Shawn did very well in the 1st Round, and then, in the Double Jeopardy! Round, everything that could go wrong for him, did go wrong for him. Shawn had some costly misses. Morgan found both Daily Doubles, bet big on them, pulled both of them off, and just took the game away from Shawn.

Wowee, that was some turnaround for Morgan! From third place at the end of the first round to a runaway. It was really cute at the end of the show when he offered to bump elbows with Trebek in lieu of the handshake.

On that Woody Allen clue, in my house, we always say “are you Houdini?” to a person (or animal) who seems to magically appear in every room you go in.

So we finished this week up with some two time winners and no repeat champions plus one triple solve We now have to wait till June to see if Morgan can get a streak going. Not sure why Shawn went with my home state. But even if he did choose Vermont he still wouldn’t have won.
