Ugh. 1/3 on DD, and missed FI, because I could see him, but not think of his name. In “Jack Reacher”, he was the police officer to who Jack says, “there are three things that cops don’t do”.

At least Erin seems to be more “alive”.

Erin go bragh! She did so well to stay in the mix after Liam’s massive, gutsy DD wager. I was sure he was on the path to a lock game. This was my first time seeing Liam play. He sure impressed me, although a correct response on the last DD would’ve ensured a runaway. Obsidian was my alternate guess.

Got the last 2 DDs, FJ left me clueless (I said Stephen King after also considering Grisham). For the valet, I could only think of Cantinflas from the 1957-ish film. Knew the Popeil company and the food distributor/tech company (that was a toughie). And figured out the FJ from 2 years ago that you cited and said no one got.

  3. Rick says:

Yes, kudos to Erin for playing a great game, and she enjoyed every minute of it. Well, I performed somewhat above average in the game, but missed the FJ. For lack of anything better, I took a really bad guess, and went with Ernest Hemingway. Actually, I never heard of Lee Child.

  4. Travis says:

I guessed Michael Crichton for the final, if I remember correctly he was pretty tall.

  5. Esme says:

I love when contestants do stuff like this! Yay, Erin!

  6. VJ says:

Wow! Kudos to Erin for not being intimidated by Liam big move on that DD and also for going all in on FJ! for a nice payday.
