I’ll have to double-check, but I’m pretty sure the Pretenders song is Brass In Pocket (singular).

Thank you so much for these recaps. They’re so handy at times like today when I’m away from home and unable to watch.

    • VJ says:

You’re right, Howard. It’s singular and I fixed it.

Thank you for your visits and contributions to the comments 🙂

I looked up the translations of the title in Italian, Spanish & French

Italian — “Prosciutto e uova verdi” (definitely my favorite!)

    Spanish: “Huevos verdes con jamón”

French: “Les oeufs verts au jambon”

Well kim had the right author but Horton hears a who doesn’t have green eggs. Also, I hope I won was a funny response, but that won’t help him here. He thought he could win again and those daily doubles from yesterday was his undoing. Speaking of Dr Seuss books, do you know if the cat in the hat has any Latin translations, VJ?

    • VJ says:

yes, Lou, that article said the Latin professor also translated a couple of Cat in the Hat titles and a Shel Silverstein title

    • Richard Corliss says:

What was wrong with that kangaroo in Horton hears a who?
