“While the Bible does not mention birthstones, their widely accepted origin story has roots in biblical history. Exodus 28 contains instructions for making the sacred, priestly garments. Exodus 28:15–30 describes Aaron’s high priestly breastplate, upon which 12 stones were used to represent the 12 tribes of Israel. A first-century Jewish historian made a connection between these 12 stones, the 12 months of the year, and the 12 signs of the Zodiac—although no such connection exists in the Bible….” (GotQuestions.org)

Lou, Here’s what I like about the one to two times champs; share the wealth!
VJ, I like the Lonely Bull a lot too
Yeah, mimsy, I agree. Most of the time I like to see the champs changing . The only times I don’t is when there’s a player who is clearly a great candidate for the ToC and he or she loses too soon to get a guaranteed spot.
Wow, another one of my favorite songs turned up today. The Lonely Bull is my all-time fav by that artist and his band.
@Lou, the ruby is my birthstone

P.S. I looked up those islands off the northern coast of Scotland to see how cold it was there today. I thought it would be a lot colder than here, but it’s only about 10 degrees less. It says their weather is a lot milder than one would think for a place so far north because of the Gulf Stream. Hmmmm, here it’s a lot colder than one would think for a place so far south. LOL!
12 days of Christmas? That doesn’t really have anything to do with birthstones. Also, what is your birthstone, VJ? Plus, when can we see a five time winner? This week has been nothing but one day champs. Plus, can zodiac signs also represent birthstones?
