Kevin found the Jeopardy! round Daily Double in “Official State Stuff” under the $800 clue on the 12th pick of the round. He was in third place with $1,200, half of the lead held by Travis. He bet $1,000 and he was RIGHT.

Kevin finished in the lead with $6,400. Travis was second with $5,600 and Vaishali was last with $2,200.

Travis found the first Daily Double in “European History” under the $1,200 clue on the 8th pick. He was in the lead with $7,600 at this point, $1,600 more than Kevin in second place. He bet $2,000 and he was RIGHT.

Travis found the last Daily Double in “Dedicated Composer” under the $1,200 clue, with 3 clues still to go. In the lead with $12,400, he had $3,200 more than Kevin in second place. He bet $100 and he was RIGHT (and looked like he wished he bet a bit more).

Travis finished in the lead with $12,500. Kevin was next with $9,200 and Vaishali was in third place with $1,000.

Kevin got it right. He bet $7,199, bringing him up to $16,399.

Reversal: ONLY THE LONELY ($1600) This 12-letter word often followed Miss in romantic advice columns titles – Kevin left the S off his response and it was rejected as quickly as it was accepted, without being offered to the other players.
