Whew, I thought it was Werner von Braun, but switched to Kissinger at the last moment.
I, too, thought the title was based on “All the King’s Men.”
Strange wager by Lizard. If he’d been right and Michael had bet it all, Lizard still would have lost.
He needed to bet more than $13200 to ensure a win if he’d been correct.
Ah yes I remember Michael Falk very well as he was the winner of the tournament of champions in 2006. Congrats to him. By the way if I remember correctly, Kissinger was a former US Secretary of state for Nixon and Ford previously. Still this game brings back a lot of memories.
I think Craig and Lizard are going to receive 2nd place prize because they were tied at 3,600 at the end of FJ!
No, only Lizard receives the 2nd place prize, because he had the higher score entering Final Jeopardy!, and that glimpse of Michael Falk realizing that he won his 1st game is called the “Zergcam”, named after Nancy Zerg, who defeated Ken Jennings, as you know, and the camera cut to her, when Ken missed, and Nancy realized that she won.
