No Country for Old Men: 2007 Best Picture

“No Country for Old Men” won the Best Picture at the 80th Academy Awards, as well as Best Director (Joel and Ethan Coen), Best Supporting Actor (Javier Bardem) and Best Adapted Screenplay (the Coen brothers). The other Best Picture nominees were “Atonement”, “Juno”, “Michael Clayton” and “There Will Be Blood”.

Acting Awards: Daniel Day-Lewis won Best Actor for “There Will Be Blood”. Marion Cotillard won Best Actress as Edith Piaf in “La Vie en Rose”. Javier Bardem won Best Supporting Actor as Anton Chigurh in the Best Picture; and the Best Supporting Actress went to Tilda Swinton as Karen Crowder in “Michael Clayton”.
