Here’s a summary of the clues on The Best Ever Trivia Show for Friday, July 26, 2019 with host Sherri Shepherd. Today’s episode title is So ‘Appy.
The format of this show pits 3 contestants against 3 trivia experts. There are 3 rounds and the player with the highest score wins $1,000 and moves on to the Ultimate Trivia Challenge for a chance to win $10,000. They give one player a choice of categories and a choice of experts to play against. It’s a multiple choice format.

In Round 1, Thembi chose APPS instead of Grains and she chose expert Ryan. 4 questions, 50 points for each correct answer and double if Ryan gets it wrong.

In Round 2, as the leader, Thembi picked THE NUMBER THIRTEEN and not Grains. 100 points for each correct answer. Arianna was this round’s trivia expert to beat for double points.

In Round 3, Shadan chose JOURNALISTS and not Kingdoms. The twist in this 3-question round is the expert reveals how confident s/he is about the answer and the players have a chance to go with that for 200 points or to pick their own answer for 400 points, if right. Raj is this round’s expert.

The round ended with 2 questions because the ladies could not defeat Shadan. He wins $1,000 and gets a chance to win $10,000 by taking on a set of 5 more questions and getting more of them right than Ryan. He would also return on the next show. Any player who makes it through 3 shows and wins $30,000, gets to join the Best Ever Trivia Show’s expert team.
