Having lived through that entire decade, I thought the church bombing might have been in Birmingham, so I quickly went with Wallace and let it go. Nice run by Dan after his early woes on “Monster Mash.” They left a few goodies on the table: 1901 Commonwealth, rock family, Canadian province.

Sarah’s guess of “Gettysburg Address” on the Lincoln clue was lame, as that was made 17 months before his assassination, not 42 days.

Dan wagered $5201, not $5200 in Final. I thought Stefany might go bigger, like $5401 to lock out Sarah and win the game if she nailed FJ and Dan erred. He was more or less obligated to bet $5201.

When I saw this clue this morning, my mind went straight to that state’s governor without even realizing the state wasn’t in the clue!

Perhaps the results would have been better if the state or city was in the clue.

And we get the triple stumper in the final since it was tough and the streak where we have a triple stumper in the final at least once a week continues.
