    More sloppy writing, it sounds like.

    FJ was relatively easy. I mean, how much does anyone know about Siberia? Rasputin, Sakha Republic, Lake Baikal, Oymyakon.

    As is becoming usual, I got the TS on page 1, not on page 2!

    The Wikipedia article I linked to on that Legal “A” TS says that “badgering the witness” and the “A” adjective are two completely different things.

    Objection! Counsel isn’t seeking information but is badgering the witness! That’s this adjective!
