I was entertaining a guest last night, and missed the entire game. Yes, the FJ was a dead giveaway.
Missed a big chunk, so it’s mostly the recap for me.
FJ a piece o’ cake, not surprised they all got it.
Got the last two DDs. Very disappointed Joe didn’t get the national road, although it wasn’t exactly a gimme.
Knew both TV roles, although never saw any of those shows.
Looking at the FJ from two years ago, I’m utterly stunned that not one player could come up with those obvious names.
The 2-word MLB opening phrase was a cinch.
My answer for the Neil Young clue was “rust” which is indeed a lyric in that song but did not follow the all of the lyrics that were in this clue.
1/3 on DD, but got FJ. At first, I was thinking of something having to do with Lincoln Center or Kennedy Center Honors, but then said “duh”, and got it.
The Quasimodo TS, I said the same thing as Joe – “Desdemona”? I knew it was one of those!
The Jackie Templeton role, I remember that, specifically! In one episode, she was wearing a hat, casually. I recall it was a fedora! However, as a bummer, although I could see her, her name evaded me until the time expired!
All 3 DDs were missed resulted a skunking since the DDs were not nice to anybody today.
Darn those Daily Doubles to the challengers, but we do have an easy FJ! clue.
