A bit of a slow start (no one knew Peter the rabbit’s last name in song), and “Roman chariot” was a huge giveaway on the missed DD. Impressed that two got FJ; Cervantes was all I could think of.
Here’s a funny coincidence about that Roman chariot DD, Howard: Earlier in the morning I shared a YouTube with Max Baer, Jr. as Jethrine on the Beverly Hillbillies singing about the answer. Well, it’s not really him singing, but it is hilarious
I guessed Dante on the final. I thought I might of had it lol.
I was so surprised to see Warren Oates turn up in a clue today, I had to go look him up on J-Archive. He was in one other clue from 1999
THE “W.B.” ($400) In a 1969 film this title group included William Holden & Warren Oates
Speaking of Warren Oates, have you ever seen the1960 film ‘Private Property’ which was a lesser known film that Warren starred in? Actually, the film was lost for some time before a print was finally recovered. Personally, I’ve seen the movie once, and I thought that it was a rather good B film.
No, Rick; I never saw that one.
