  1. Quinn says:

VJ the TOC is coming soon and Buzzy Cohen is guest hosting.

    • VJ says:

Thanks Quinn, I’ll put the tweet from Jeopardy! with the pictures of the contestants on the What to Expect list and also the last ToC list

  2. Suxe says:

How was a the answer about Toadstools in the Animal category

  3. Albert says:

I really thought Dennis would go to the TOC.

  4. Larry says:

Interesting that Erick didn’t wager enough in FJ to win if Dennis got it correct. You hardly ever see that from the leader.

    • Howard says:

I agree. I haven’t done the math completely, so I’m not sure what he was thinking. But I can tell you that many contestants have confessed to being bad at math.

  5. Jeopardy! lover says:

I was laughing when no one got the clue about the Green Bay Packers.

    • William Weyser says:

My dad & I saw that, and we both have a feeling that it’s gonna go viral, like the “Who wanted to kick that field goal?” response did.

    • VJ says:

I’m pretty sure that the show will put a video up on their YouTube channel with that clue, and the Stanley Cup one after it when Aaron quipped, “you know that one, huh?”

  6. JP says:

Odd that “Scottsdale”, a correct response in the first round, was named after Winfield Scott, and Winfield Scott was the correct response to an unrelated clue in the second round.

  7. Lou says:

I am not surprised that only one person knew the orion belt. I guess Dennis’s luck just ran out today and I was hoping Norah would win today had she stayed with her original response. Overall I am pleased that she nailed both of the daily doubles in the second round. Now that football category kind of reminded me how Alex did it previously, VJ. are you getting that deja vu feeling?

    • VJ says:

No, Lou, I’m not getting a deja vu feeling from any of these guest hosts and I’m not rooting for any of them either. I would like to see Brooke Burns or Buzzy Cohen as the permanent host and if neither of them, then I don’t really care who they pick.

That being said, Aaron Rodgers’ reactions on the football clues today were hilarious. Also very funny (to me, at least) was the triple stumper of the twin astronaut brothers in the Scott Land category. The picture of them was totally unnecessary and must have distracted the players from the category. I mean, who is going to get it from a picture of them when they are identical twins?? omg!

    • Howard says:

“Weapon” led me to Orion immediately, although in hindsight Sagittarius was plausible.
