2/3 on DD, and missed FJ. I recognized Dutch, but couldn’t think of it. To say something, I said Klimt. Was in the neighborhood with 1865, but, he was Austrian, and, not to mention, wrong!
Good game, three quality players. Valiant comeback by Seth after missing that tricky, all-in DD. Might have won the game if he’d nailed that. Juveria, as calm as ever, bounced back strongly from third place and that near-miss, early DD. Her medical background was crucial in that Body Human category.
Good on them for getting FJ right. I said Vermeer and also missed all the DDs. I did get the 5-letter English county and the “indicatory” volume anagram. I love anagrams, but those were tough.
Did anyone notice one of the clues misspelled Jimmy Buffett as Buffet? I see that all the time on Facebook but didn’t expect it here. Also, there was a clue involving Brock Purdy and someone else. Ken asked Seth for more info and he said “Super Bowl champion jerseys.” Ken OK’d that but pointed out it was Super Bowl losers’ jerseys. That indicated to me that Seth’s response was wrong, but I don’t recall the exact wording of the clue. I was half-expecting a correction on that.
