The “Survivor” category ate up too much that over $8,000 across six clues, including the other Daily Double, was wasted. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?! WHY DO YOU EAT TOO MUCH ON A SINGLE HELPING?!

  2. VJ says:

    Congrats to MacKenzie. Well played!

After that Survivors category taking up so much time, I didn’t expect the second round board to be cleared. Still it was a strange ending to the game. MacKenzie goes to the top row instead of looking for the other DD. She misses the “enumeration of inhabitants” clue with “Bill of Rights” and no one else picks it up. Amazing!

  3. Lou says:

Maybe Mackenzie has what it takes to end the leader curse and build a streak of wins. That big daily double bet was a gutsy move as well and it paid off handsomely.

The last time that a big bet on a daily double was made in March 2016. Do you remember it, VJ?

    • VJ says:

What about Terry betting his whole $9,800 on the second DD on Friday, with only 3 clues left after it? That was a big bet in my book.

  4. William Weyser says:

Maybe, MacKenzie will break this Carousel of 1-Day Champions tomorrow. Enough Is Enough.
