Way too many stumpers tonight. Adriatic; Canary Islands; Toronto (Dominion Bank); Geodesic.
Surprised no one came up with St Augustine. It’s about as historic as any city can be and is in a state prone to hurricanes. I knew Primary Colors and guessed right on London (DDs) and was torn between Galileo and Copernicus on the 3rd DD.

Just like yesterday, the daily doubles were missed and a triple stumper for final. And I really hoped all of them would know st Augustine. I am pretty sure drew must have heard of the hound of the Baskervilles since many of Arthur Conan Doyle’s books are primarily in London.

But seriously though, hurricane matthew never even touched Richmond. What were your thoughts on this game VJ?

Another brutal daily double, this time on a $1,600 clue. The “Novel Of Politics” has appeared only one other time in (j-archive recorded) Jeopardy history, and that was the year after it was released.

This year’s Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve games both have been TOUGH.
