I was 2/3 on DD and got FJ. I had just read about it a day or two ago.
I was happy that these folks were a little more serious than the last exhibition. Also, no attempts at any funnies by Ken!
As a rule, I won’t watch any form of competition that has no significance, but I gave this a go. Paolo may be the man to beat in the finals. He seems to know a lot of old-time stuff. I said woolly mammoth and didn’t try to think of anything else. Knew the Olympic 3000m race and the Duke star. And high dudgeon, probably from doing crosswords. Surprised no one took a shot at the 19th century Brit, he had a whole country named after him.
I was surprised at the Brit TS too. He’s the bad guy over there now. They want everything named after him renamed.
It was another fabulous game, but not a competitive one since it was an absolute runaway for Paolo. Well, I performed a tad above average in the game while the FJ was a given. IMHO, they shouldn’t clone those behemoths as those prehistoric beasts may have charged, gored and trampled upon anything that moved. That was likely why they became extinct since man could no longer tolerate any more of their people being lost to those giants.
The finals is a best-of-seven, not a two-game total point affair.
Oh, yeah, I forgot about that. Thanks, Dalton, though I surely hope it doesn’t go that far 😁
Or is it first to 3, with a 7 game max?
Yes
