Meg Chambers Steedle plays entertainer Lillian ‘Billie’ Kent, Nucky’s mistress in Season 3 of Boardwalk Empire. Billie and Nucky evidently entered into a ‘no strings’ relationship, but Nucky wants to change the terms.

Since the show skipped a whole year, the viewer doesn’t really know how long Nucky and Billie have been involved. In Episode 5 of Season 3 (You’d Be Surprised), it comes out that Billie had an abusive father who always told her she’d never amount to anything, just like Nucky’s papa, Ethan, used to tell him.
