Franco was Tonino’s uncle’s son. We believe he was portrayed by Patrick Gallo. Franco must have been new in Gyp’s organization and Tonino obviously forgot to tell him the No. 1 rule: You can’t know something Gyp doesn’t know. So Franco didn’t know he should have kept his mouth shut about those rogue waves. Because he didn’t and also because Tonino stupidly brought the topic back up at a business meeting, Franco did not survive the only Boardwalk Empire episode he was in.
