Justin Timberlake Buying Interest in Memphis Grizzlies

Singer, actor and avid sports fan Justin Timberlake is preparing to add “NBA basketball team co-owner” to his resume. Timberlake will hold a minority interest as part of a group of investors that is buying the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies.  Timberlake is originally from the Memphis area.

It’s not a done deal yet, as the NBA owners must approve any sale of a team, but indications are things are moving along smoothly.  The deal will keep the Grizzlies in Memphis for at least the next 15 years.  Besides basketball, Timberlake is a big fan of the English soccer team Manchester United and he plays an excellent round of golf.
