NBC News Features Arthur Chu’s Documentary

In a Dec. 16, 2015 article, “Documentary Explores ‘Jeopardy’ Champion’s Rise, Asian-American Identity,” NBC News talked to Yu Gu and Scott Drucker, the directors of Arthur Chu’s “Who is Arthur Chu?” documentary. What began as an exploration of Chu’s 11-game winning Jeopardy! streak, they said, led them to delve further into Arthur Chu’s “evolving relationship with his Asian-American identity.”

The article also says they are raising funds for the documentary through an Indiegogo campaign, but if you click on the link and look at updates, they had already raised their original goal of $15K over a week ago. They made some price tweaks on the perks they were offering for various contributions and topped out at $17,839 on the same day the NBC article was published.

So, sorry, it’s too late for you to chip in $250 to attend the film premiere and after party or $500 for a 30-minute Skype session with Arthur Chu himself.
