Madonna and Guy Ritchie in Custody Dispute over Son, Rocco

Rocco Ritchie, Madonna’s son with former husband Guy Ritchie, is now 15 years old, and apparently has decided that he wants to live with his father until he reaches his majority.

According to the Daily Mail, Rocco left Madonna’s Rebel Heart Tour to stay with his father in London because he was angry at his mom for taking his phone away. He refused to return to Madonna’s home after the Christmas holidays and Madonna got a New York judge to order his return. So far, Rocco is still with his dad.

People reports that Madonna has vowed to fight for Rocco’s custody “until the end,” but why? The kid is going to be 16 years old on August 11, 2016, certainly old enough for his preference to mean something. It seems like something that Madonna and Guy Ritchie could work out between themselves.

Guy Ritchie is now married to model Jacqui Ainsley. They have three children, all under 5 years old. In addition to Rocco, Madonna has 3 other children, Lourdes, now 19, and two adopted children, David and Mercy, who are both about 5 years younger than Rocco. We have no clue who she is romantically involved with, if anyone. We don’t believe the recent rumors that she was getting back with Sean Penn.
