Lindsay Deadbeat; Limo Company Greedy

It’s a little hard to know who to be mad at in this new Lindsay story, but …

TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan is being sued for not paying her limo bill from a couple of years ago, in 2009, Lindsay booked limos for herself, her friend and family members, at the rate of $6,000 an hour, including security. Yes! $6,000 an hour. The total amount of the bill that she failed to pay came to $33,978.

But now, Elite Transportation Limo and Security Services claims that the “Mean Girls” star has incurred some rather hefty penalties and late fees so she owes almost 3 times the original amount of the bill, like $90,585.79. Isn’t that what they call unconscionable in the courtroom? If not, that 90K figure must include attorney fees as well.

Reporting on the same bit of news, Ace Showbiz adds that Lindsay recently bought an $80,000 Porsche Panamera on the heels of being signed to be a spokesmodel for designer Philip Plein.

We’lI say this for Elite — it does make you mad when you see someone out there spending lots of dough when they could be paying your bill.
