Jonathan Taylor Scores Five Touchdowns in Colts Win Over Bills

Running back Jonathan Taylor has had a pretty good first season and a half in his pro football career with the Indianapolis Colts. In his rookie season, he rushed for 1169 yards and 11 touchdowns, and added 299 receiving yards and a touchdown reception to those totals. This season, he’s putting up league leading numbers and has entered the Most Valuable Player conversation.

The Colts played at Buffalo on November 21st, and Taylor had the best game of his career so far. He rushed for 185 yards and four touchdowns, and had a touchdown reception for a fifth TD as the Colts walloped the Bills 41-15. Taylor has rushed for 1122 yards and 13 touchdowns in the Colts’ 11 games, and he’s caught 32 passes for 322 yards and two touchdowns. Indianapolis started the season 1-4, but is now 6-5, in second place in the AFC South, and in the playoff picture.

Buffalo was supposed to be the runaway winner of the AFC East, but the loss drops the Bills to 6-4, a half game behind, who else, the New England Patriots (7-4). The Bills will play both of their games against the Patriots in December.
