Iron Mike’s Warning to Chris Brown
Singer Chris Brown checked into anger management rehab in Malibu today, according to TMZ, in a possible strategic move to demonstrate good faith since his recent issues in Washington, D.C. may constitute a violation of his probation in the Rihanna case.
Brown was arrested in D.C. in the wake of an altercation where he was accused of punching a man in the nose. If it is determined that Brown violated his probation, he could go to jail and serve a possible 4-year sentence.
Earlier in the day, Mike Tyson had some advice to give Chris Brown, calling him “the little guy.” (We assume he means age-wise, since Brown, at 6′ 1″, is actually taller than Iron Mike).
Tyson said that if Brown doesn’t get his act together, people will turn on him. (We don’t know where’s Mike’s been — that already happened in the wake of him beating up Rihanna). Tyson further warned: “they’re gonna put him somewhere where that’s all they do is assault people.”
That may come true — IF he is found to be in violation of his probation and IF he goes to prison, IF he is in general population.
That’s a lot of ifs, and we’re not saying it should or will happen, but one thing Chris Brown has often complained about is that he does not get to get away with everything under the sun like other celebrities. He has even named names like Charlie Sheen and Jay-Z.
Mike Tyson’s final words of wisdom: “if you’re not humble in this world, this world will thrust humbleness upon you.”
