Here’s a summary of the clues on The Best Ever Trivia Show for Friday, August 30th, 2019 with host Sherri Shepherd. Today’s episode title is “Acing the Test.”
The format of this show pits 3 contestants against 3 trivia experts. There are 3 rounds and the player with the highest score wins $1,000 and moves on to the Ultimate Trivia Challenge for a chance to win $10,000. They give one player a choice of categories and a choice of experts to play against. It’s a multiple choice format.

In Round 1, Jennie chose BACK TO SCHOOL instead of Native Americans and she chose expert Susannah. 4 questions, 50 points for each correct answer and double if Susannah gets it wrong.

In Round 3, Andy chose COMPUTERS and not Fish. The twist in this 3-question round is the expert reveals how confident s/he is about the answer and the players have a chance to go with that for 200 points or to pick their own answer for 400 points, if right. Raj is this round’s expert.

Daniel locked in the right answer the fastest. He wins $1,000 and gets a chance to win $10,000 by taking on a set of 5 more questions and getting more of them right than Raj. He would also return on the next show. Any player who makes it through 3 shows and wins $30,000, gets to join the Best Ever Trivia Show’s expert team.
