Here’s a summary of the clues on The Best Ever Trivia Show for Monday, August 19, 2019 with host Sherri Shepherd. Today’s episode title is “In Raj We Trust.”

The format of this show pits 3 contestants against 3 trivia experts. There are 3 rounds and the player with the highest score wins $1,000 and moves on to the Ultimate Trivia Challenge for a chance to win $10,000. They give one player a choice of categories and a choice of experts to play against. It’s a multiple choice format.

In Round 3, Sandy chose THE U.S. SENATE and not Fashion. The twist in this 3-question round is the expert reveals how confident s/he is about the answer and the players have a chance to go with that for 200 points or to pick their own answer for 400 points, if right. Raj is this round’s expert.

    They got me on that owl question, too. I picked the same answer as the players and Muffy. My daughter got it right (her reasoning was that it happens when the owls get “hangry”)

    Seemed like Raj was the only one that got it when he said he had “caws” for celebration.
