Mark Borkowski plays Paul Sagorsky who made his first appearance in “Ging Gang Goolie” on Boardwalk Empire (S3 E6). Himself a veteran of the The Philippine–American War (1899–1902), he lost a son in World War I. Now a bitter and broken man, he lives with his daughter, Julia.
