The easiest clue this week, as shown by the triple solve, was on Wednesday. Everyone knew the fourth horseman’s name, whether from the King James Bible or somewhere else. European Cities and Words of the 2000s came up with only one solve and it’s up to you to decide which was hardest for the majority of Jeopardy! contestants. We thought it was European Cities with that extra bit about 11 B.C. thrown in there to misdirect the players.
James Holzhauer, Jeopardy!’s third millionaire, returned on Monday with $1,275,587 and 17 games under his belt. By Friday he was a 22x champ and had scooped up another $415,421, for a total of $1,691,008.
Check out James Holzhauer’s Jeopardy Statistics for a quick look at his FJ and DD bets in all his games.
Top 15 Daily Payouts of Season 35. As noted before, this list only reflects a contestant’s highest payout, otherwise James would be dominating that list. As it is, he is now the only player for all 10 spots in the Single-Game Winnings column in Jeopardy!’s Hall of Fame.
Jeopardy! put up this clip on its youtube channel, showing the Clue Crew’s reveling in Hollywood memorabilia. Some of these clues were shown in the Sci-Fi Stuff in Friday’s game and others were shown in the Hollywood Memorabilia category in the 3/13/2019 game. Friday’s kryptonite clue was filmed in front of the background with the Chucky Doll. (Reminds me of the time I spent $25 trying to win one of those at the Jersey Shore).

I hope he does
Maybe we’ll eat some 🍕 before we find out.
I still think he’s not gonna beat Ken Jennings’ days.
