We had 3 triple stumpers in Final Jeopardy! this week. The one about the beast in the King James Bible was the hardest in my view. I don’t have a problem with Bible-based clues but I do think they should stop using the King James Bible (KJV) as their reference. I think a greater percentage of contestants would be more familiar with the New International Version (NIV). As for the Broadway Revival FJ!, the quote obviously reminded two of the players of “Something wicked this way comes.” That was foreseeable, I suppose, but not to me when I saw the clue. Obviously, the American Lit clue was the easiest.
Katherine Ryan returned for Game 2 on Monday but lost to John Vigna. Kristen Thomas-McGill won Tuesday’s game. Kendra Blanchette sent Kristen home on Wednesday and racked up another win on Thursday. Kate Freeman won Friday’s game by virtue of hanging on to the most cash on a triple stumper FJ!

Well, thanks, Kevin, though I think you are misunderstanding. It’s not that I don’t have the info needed to put up the weekly recaps from the month I was in the hospital. I was originally only supposed to be there for a week but things went wrong. Still, my daughter saved all that info. However, I am not well enough to catch up a whole month of whatever regular posts are missing and keep up the daily posts too.
So that’s all I can say– I will get to it when I am stronger.
