Jeopardy champs for the week of October 17, 2016

Shannon Dillmore defeated 3x returning champ Susan Cole on Monday. He won a second game on Tuesday but lost to Debbi Hopkins on Wednesday. Doug Hartman took over the crown on Thursday. On Friday, Lani Gonzalez scored the only runaway of the week.

Note from VJ – you may have noticed that they didn’t show Doug’s $12,400 winning total over his closeup at the end of Thursday’s game. I cobbled it together).

    Doug’s mannerisms when telling the story made it even funnier. I had to see it a chicken playing tic-tac-toe. So I searched and found a video story on the NY Times website about the Chinatown Fair arcade and its now defunct tick-tack-toe-playing chickens.
