Things went downhill after Monday’s FJ! only got 1 right. That’s right, no one got FJ! the next day and that happened again for 2 more days. Generally speaking, we can consider the ‘Homes’ and ‘Parks’ regional, but a triple stumper on a significant tragedy in American history is embarrassing.

Katie Kornacki lost her second game on Monday and what followed was a carousel of 1-day champs and a couple of low paydays. This week, Jeopardy!’s bill was $47,249 and that’s the lowest this season as of this week, topping the former low of $58,400 for the week of 5/12/25.

Jeopardy! also paid out the usual $25K in consolation prizes. The recipients were all champs! 4 of them got an extra $2K. Only Bevin snagged an extra $3K.
