The first 2 FJ’s this week were the final episodes of the Jeopardy Invitational Tournament, where the contestants were seasoned champs and the clues were supposedly harder than in regular games. Monday’s was easy in any game, imo. Tuesday’s was harder. Everyone got both of them. Of the next 3 regular games, no one got Wednesday’s final and 2 players got the final clue right in the next 2 games. Friday’s was definitely the easiest based on the French name and the author’s genre.
Amy Schneider had one win to her credit when the Jeopardy! Invitational Tournament resumed on Monday. Victoria Groce won Monday’s game. So it was up to Andrew He to make it a 3-way tie on Tuesday, but Victoria won, giving her the two wins needed to claim the $100,000 grand prize and a spot in the Jeopardy! Masters tournament that will air during primetime in May.
3x champ Lucas Partridge returned on Wednesday when regular games resumed. Lee Wilkins won the game by default when Lucas and Daniel Rosenberg zeroed out. On Thursday, Alison Betts defeated Lee and won again on Friday. Alison returns as a 2x champ with $61,700 on Monday.
Here is the KIDDY LIT category from Friday’s game, with 2 extra clues.
