The first four clues of this week seemed to be on the easy side. There were more high predictions than low for the number of right answers. But the results showed that some were a coin flip. Friday’s clue was by far the hardest. I don’t think most people study county names for Jeopardy! and especially counties in states that don’t live in.

Jeopardy! champs, week of November 21, 2022

The 2022 Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions ended on Monday with Amy Schneider winning a third game. On Tuesday, Regular play resumed on Tuesday with the return of superchamp Cris Pannullo. Cris began the week with $356,702 in winnings. To say he had a great week is an understatement. Cris racked up 4 consecutive runaway games the rest of week. By Friday, his winnings soared to $526,544.

Here are the highlights of Thursday’s game, with the top payday of Cris’ run (so far). At the rate he’s going, he may very well top that before long.
