That triple stumper on Happy Days Are Here Again was Courtney’s wrong answer to FJ! last Friday, and I had added whose campaign song it was in the recap.

@Lou, I don’t keep vinyl records anymore. I donated all of them to the church yard sale some years ago and my record player to boot

  2. Albert says:

Young people like Keshav usually get tripped up. I’m 54 now so if I ever make the show I definitely won’t have youth and inexperience against me. The thing that would destroy me would be Rap Music, Video Games, New Technology, Star War Movies, and Harry Potter Books all on a Double Jeopardy board.

    • JP says:

I’m younger and that’s almost my nightmare board as well.

    • Howard says:

Same here, and I’m way older than you.

I was on Jeopardy! many years ago when I was 37. Had a sizable lead halfway thru 2nd round, till the champion, a 50-something woman who was a classical music DJ, trounced me in the Classical Music and Furniture categories. She had just enough $$ to make it a lock game, so it didn’t help when I bet it all and got the final and she bet $0 and missed it.

Still shaking my head how that smart young man didn’t know that the famous WALL in Jerusalem is the Wailing Wall. Didn’t matter in the long run, though.

    • Jacob Ska says:

Albert, those are my nightmare categories too. I don’t think it’s a matter of age I think it’s a matter of interest. I think a lot of contestants get tripped up by things that are not in their wheelhouse. After all none of us know it all imo. That’s a tall order. That’s what make Jeopardy so captivating.

  3. Jeopardy! lover says:

Ohh, man! I wanted Courtney to win again! Still, congrats to Nikole on her win. Great job Courtney! Good run!

  4. Lou says:

Courtney has made an impressive seven game run and is now in the running for the tournament of champions. She didn’t need that eighth win but she needed a break. still congrats to nikole on her win . U2 is a good band and definitely worth listening to. Though I would like to find more YouTube videos of u2 later on. By the way VJ, do you still have any.old u2 vinyl records kept somewhere?

  5. Kevin Cheng says:

It look like we would have our first 8 day champion of the season but not quite. But still congrats to Courtney, with 7 wins we will see her again in the future TOC.

    • Darius Scott says:

But I also like the other woman. She looks very cool and I think she is very smart.

  6. Darius Doom Scott! says:

It means that Courtney only bet $800 for final Jeopardy! And she didn’t win an 8th game at all.
