TWO of the contestants got Final Jeopardy! right.
This description is right on the Jamba Juice Power Amazon page: “Jamba, from the African word ‘jama,’ meaning to celebrate, is the philosophy of Jamba Juice, a nationally known chain of smoothie and juice stores.” On PlanetandEpoch.com, back in 2011, Clifton was having a bit of a time tracking down the exact African language. He wrote to the company and was given this additional tidbit: “We added a ‘b’ to make Jamba.” On the company’s history page, however, founder Kirk Perron identifies the language as Swahili.
Google Translate doesn’t agree with Kirk but perhaps “jama” is a slang or colloquial Swahili word. In English babytalk, “jamas” means pajamas. “Jama” in Wolof means “peace.” In Hindi, it means “deposit.”
Lincoln got it right. His $5,601 bet brought him up to $12,601.
Jeremy drew a blank. He lost his $7,100 bet and finished with $3,800.
Kelly also got it right. She bet $8,000 bet so she won this match with $25,200. Her 3-day total is $62,700.
Two clues from the match:
C.T. ($1,600) “Peter Rabbit’s mom put him to bed & gave him this beverage.”
Jeremy buzzed in with the funniest answer of the week. Maybe he’s been to Australia in the past year. Kelly got it right while everyone was still laughing.

The final is wrong!!!! Jamba means farm in Swahili which makes since they serve fresh juice! Jama means celebration but the judges should have used better judgement in this clue.
All the clue says is that the “beverage chain says” its name comes from an African word meaning “to celebrate”
The clue doesn’t take a position on the accuracy of the claim and it doesn’t say anything about Swahili
google says shamba is the word for farm in Swahili, not jamba
Kelly’s winnings today make her 8th on the ToC regular play list and, of course, she could keep right on going next week.
