That was an easy finale, and I’m only surprised that only one of the contestants picked Washington and Adams.
Actually, Alyse wrote down Jefferson & Adams, instead of Washington & Jefferson. I hope Juliet can keep this up, and I feel like if John said “Oil Wells”, instead of “Oil Fields”, he would have had a shot at winning $2,000, instead of $1,000.
These guest hosts don’t seem to grasp the concept of the runaway.
By the way VJ, have you noticed that Juliet has averaged 20K during her two game run so far? It reminded me of another person with the same winning average from January of last year.
Juliet pretty much had a runaway so far with all the right answers and she nailed all the daily doubles. She is definitely looking good for a third win despite missing final jeopardy. A good start for Juliet this week. Keep it going! Maybe she has inherited Karen Farrell’s playing style I think. John struggled to build momentum but I am happy he got final right.
