I got FJ, thanks to Lucy Worsley and PBS. What’s coincidental is I said “Jane Seymour” first, and, then, immediately corrected myself. I also got the two TS’s on page 1, but, on page 2, less than 50%.
Mattea’s chatter was barely there today, which was a relief. She is def good on the button, I’ll give her that, and her knowledge base was ably demonstrated today. I was really rooting for Kristen, but, oh well! What is dearly needed, though, is better contestants playing against Mattea.
I also got all the triple stumpers on page 2 as well since many of them were pretty easy. Give Mattea’s strong knowledge and the streak she built since Amy Schneider and Matt Amodio, she needs a good challenge today.
Did you know Catherine Parr was influential in the passing of the third succession act of 1543 thanks to King Henry VIII which got Mary and Elizabeth to the throne vj?
A good game today but still I would like to see higher scores for tomorrow. Two missed finals won’t hurt Mattea but she has joined the 8 game champs held by Jen Quail, Karen Farrell, Mackenzie Jones, Drew Horwood, Tom Nissley and Ben Ingram.
You would know I knew that, Lou, if you took the trouble to read the last paragraph of the info in the recap
Vj, if elizabeth and mary were passed over who would have been king?
idk for sure, Albert. I guess Lady Jane Grey would have been queen for a lot longer than 9 days. Check out the House of Tudor on Wikipedia
That was a tough FJ as we got a triple stumper.
