No studio audiences for Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune because of the coronavirus scare for shows being taped after today, according to TMZ.

The report says the main concern for Jeopardy! is to protect Alex because of his compromised immune system from chemotherapy.

Because Paul Trifiletti won his 4th Game, this makes him the 1st Male 4-Time Champion since Jason Zuffranieri, who lost his 20th Game on 9/26/19, several months ago. Way too long? Yes, but I’m sure that anybody who wins 3 Games know that they have to win their 4th Game before they play, and possibly win their All Important 5th Game.

Yes that All Important 5th Game… I’d like to see Paul win his. I think his knowledge base is very good and he’s particularly strong in history and, of course, the law. Just wish he’d bet more. Cautious betting won’t serve him well in the ToC.

I’m away from home till Tuesday, so I’ve been relying on your excellent recaps to stay current. I don’t keep tabs on such things, but there’s definitely a 4-game curse. I’m in a Facebook closed group of former contestants, and there’s been much mention of that 5th-game curse.that keeps winners out of the ToC. I see what you mean about the wagering; Paul could have ensured a runaway with just a slightly higher wager on the last DD.

A good start to the week for Paul and congrats to him and Mike on getting final right. The attorneys were both dominant in this game so far.
