Why was that one clue in the Double Jeopardy in a different font?

    • Lawrence says:

That was a reference to the answer (question) e.e. cummings, the poet who wrote mostly in all lowercase. May have made it too easy, but it was a low value clue.

  2. Howard says:

My head is spinning. A 4-day champ from my current home town is defeated by a challenger from the place I lived and received all of my pre-college education (Forest Hills, NY). And tomorrow he’ll be challenged by another fellow Portlander.

Gutsy move by Dan on that DD, which turned out to be a softball. As was the one Matthew missed in the first round. A non-runaway game would have made FJ riveting.

  3. Collin says:

The category for the last $400 clue in DJ! that they missed was “That’s Dedication”.

  4. Rick says:

A tough FJ (at least I thought so), and I’m only surprised that the two contestants got it right. Congratulations to them!

  5. Kevin Cheng says:

$20,000 is the highest Coryat score in the Sky’s the Limit era for a player locked out before Final. We saw a reversal today in the DJ! round that you forgot to put.
