Thank goodness for this recap. J! not on till 1 am tomorrow due to a local special. I have no recorder.

Two straight days of narrow margins going into FJ. Nice change from those 17 runaways.
Does anyone have stats on how many players who defeated super-champs lost their next match? Nancy Zerg (Ken Jennings) probably the most famous.

The Atwood sequel is pretty recent, so someone should have known it. And the 3-letter window was pretty obvious.

Hate to say I was right. Andy went up against stronger contestants, and came up short. The final was a schoche more difficult than I expected. Maybe it’s because I had a few beverages, but, I couldn’t come up with it in time. I got a chuckle, though, out of 2 Roosevelt’s, and one Adams. My first thought was George W. Bush, but I quickly discarded it. All three were presidents with the same family name.

Hope Ron can put a few together!

  3. Lou says:

Tammy is looking good for the next second chance tournament since she had a great game today. Happy that Ron won despite not getting the final

  4. Ismael Gomez says:

And we got a triple stumper as today’s final was a tough one.

  5. Kevin Cheng says:

I hope that Tammy gets invited back for the Second Chance tournament because of her strong play throughout the game and gave 24 correct responses and not getting anything incorrect.
