Bucks Even Up NBA Finals Behind Khris Middleton’s 40 Points

The Milwaukee Bucks dropped the 1st two games of the NBA Finals to the Suns in Phoenix, but won the next two in Milwaukee to even the series at 2-2. Khris Middleton has had some good games and some not so good games in this post season, but he had one of those good ones in Milwaukee’s 109-103 win in Game 4, scoring 40 points to lead the Bucks.

So far, the home team has won every game in this year’s Finals, so if the Bucks want to win the championship, they’ll have to win at least one on the road. The series is now best of three, with Games 5 and 7, if needed, in Phoenix. Game 6 is in Milwaukee.

The Bucks have been in this position before in this post season. The Bucks lost the 1st two games in Brooklyn in the 2nd round (including a 125-86 blowout loss in Game 2), but then won the next two at home. They lost Game 5 in Brooklyn, won Game 6 in Milwaukee, and then finished off the Nets in Game 7 in Brooklyn. Phoenix is 8-2 at home in the post season, and 27-9 at home overall.
